Ava Spece, ICD Bridges Executive Director

Ms. Spece joined the ICD Bridges family in February of 2003 after thirteen highly successful years of executive-level management in the for-profit corporate world.  She brings a dynamic style of leadership that focuses on team building and balanced decision making.  She has a proven ability to inspire staff toward excellence, innovation, and enthusiastic productivity.  Ava also excels in community relations and coalition building.
