Transitional Housing

FirstBridge, the transitional housing portion of NewBridge, is designed to assist domestic abuse survivors in need with an additional "bridge" between a life of abuse and the freedom of independence. This facility provides safe and monitored housing for up to 7 families at a time by supplying a variety of services:

• Furnished efficiency apartments for up to 18 months with sliding scale rental fees.
• Independent and self-sufficient living
• Security systems for safety
• Personal Case Advocacy
• Intensive Case Management and Education Program
• Community re-integration activities
• Support Groups
• Children's Activity Center
• Laundry facilities

FirstBridge Transitional Housing facilities as well as one of its efficiency apartments are handicap accessible.
